About me
When I started on my fitness journey, I was not very confident internally and externally. Starting to see progress in the mirror and learning more about how to change my body had a massive impact on the person was becoming. I felt like I had more power to improve other areas of my life and as I saw those areas improve that inspired me to help others. I have learned a lot in my years working as a personal trainer with clients, and now I feel I have refined what I do in such a way to show people how to get the most value for the time and effort they put into the gym.
